OUR    FACILITIES

Our facilities, with a covered area of 15,000 m2, are divided into work areas structured for the continuous flow of production, which allow us to perform with high effectiveness the different processes involved in the manufacture of various prefabricated metal structures, such as:

  • Preparation and Cutting
  • Assembly
  • Welding
  • Cleaning
  • Finishing
  • Storage
  • Preservation and dispatch of finished product

We have the required machinery and specialized equipment to develop projects of medium and great magnitude, as well as those with a high degree of difficulty, including:

  • Hydraulic Rolling for sheet thicknesses of up to 30 mm
  • Hydraulic cutters to cut sheets with thicknesses of up to 13 mm
  • Benders for sheet thicknesses ofup to 16 mm
  • Shaping of backing for sheets with thicknesses of up to 6.25 mm.
  • Multiple plasma and oxyfuel cutting machine for sheets with thicknesses of up to 101 mm in carbon steel and 13 mm in stainless steel

We have highly qualified personnel in the different manufacturing processes of the plant.

WELDING

Our welders are periodically tested, giving each the respective certificate to apply different types of welding in different positions. In our QSA (Quality Safety Assurance) process, we employ the only CWI certified inspector in Honduras.

CLEANING AND PREPARATION OF METAL SURFACES

We have sand blast and grit blastequipment and machinery, with tunnel for applying them, allowing us to clean and reach the anchors required on metal surfaces where paints, resins or finishing fibers are to be applied. The application of paints, resins or finishing fibers is made with the procedure specified in the technical sheets of the products, controlling the environment’s relative humidity and temperature, temperature of the material to be painted, anchoring and cleaning.

FIELD

We have highly qualified personnel for the construction of different projects, as well as cranes of different capacities that allow us to assemble structures in projects with a high degree of difficulty.

All assembly staffis trained toper form the work safely using the required equipment for personal and collective protection.

Each of the projects we undertakeis carefully analyzed and a Quality Assurance and Safety Plan created, including:

  • General information about the project and client
  • Program
  • Flowchart
  • Competence of staff
  • Quality Plan
  • Safety Plan
  • Critical materials andControl Requirements
  • Analysis of vulnerability andrisk matrix
